1. The Administrator of this Prize Draw (“Win a Sleep Bundle Worth £3000”) are Blinds2Go, registered in England and Wales under company number 03954180, whose registered office is at 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FG (collectively or individually the “Administrator”).
2. Employees of the Administrator or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entry to the Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Blinds2Go and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. By entering, you’ll agree to receive marketing emails from both Blinds2Go and DUSK, for which you can unsubscribe at any time.
5. The Prize Draw opens on 27th July and closes at 11:59pm on 27th August. One winner will be selected at random after the closing date.
6. The Administrator will not accept any liability for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or any other problems. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
7. One winner will receive a sleep bundle worth £3,000, consisting of a £1,500 Blinds2Go voucher and a £1,500 DUSK voucher. These vouchers can be used towards blackout blinds, curtains, furniture and bedding.
8. The Blinds2Go and DUSK vouchers can be used towards an order of higher value, but the remaining balance will be chargeable. No change will be given to orders below the prize value.
9. There will be no cash alternative to the prize.
10. The Administrator reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Administrator’s control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Administrator.
11. The Administrator is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
12. Winners will be chosen at random. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted then the Administrator reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the relevant winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
15. The Administrator’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Administrator accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. It is not liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Administrator’s reasonable control.
17. By entering this competition, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
