Introducing the SureSize Measuring Guarantee

Measuring for blinds is often considered the most daunting part of ordering new window coverings. Whilst we make it as simple as possible with our easy measuring guides, even an expert at measuring can make mistakes from time to time. So, to give you a little extra peace of mind, we’ve launched our SureSize Measurement Guarantee!

What is a measuring guarantee?

It’s a worry-free measurement insurance you can take out on your order. So if you make an error whilst measuring your window, we’ll provide a like-for-like replacement blind at the correct size!

How does it work?

Adding SureSize to your order means that even if you make a mistake with your measurements and your blind doesn’t fit, you can claim a replacement. The only cost to you will be any difference in price if your new measurements are larger. We won’t charge you for delivery of the replacement.

How to add this to an order?

All you need to do is add SureSize onto your order and if anything goes wrong with your measurements, we’ll replace your blind with a new one at the right size. Just add this to each blind you want to cover in the basket before checking out. Don’t worry – you aren’t charged per blind, there’s just one flat charge per order. Make sure to add it before placing your order though as it can’t be applied retroactively!

How many blinds are covered?

The guarantee covers up to four blinds per order (excluding Shutters, Privacy Sheers and Curtains). We’ll only replace each blind once, so you’ll just need to make sure your second measurements are correct. We’ve got lots of guides to help you out and an excellent customer service team with loads of expertise if you have any questions!

How to use the guarantee?

If you made a mistake and need to use the guarantee, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know the correct measurements, and we can get the replacement blind on its way to you!
