How it Works
If your blind or curtain doesn’t fit the first time, we’ll send you a replacement. If it’s a smaller replacement, it’s free of charge, or if your replacement needs to be larger, you’ll just pay a small price difference – we’ll take care of the rest!
- How many blinds and curtains are covered – SureSize covers up to four blinds or curtains per order, and is available on all our made to measure window coverings.
- Adding SureSize to your order – As it’s available free of charge, we automatically apply the guarantee when you checkout.
Each blind or curtain in your order can be replaced once. If you want a second pair of eyes on your measurements, our handy guides are always available and our customer service team is happy to help.
