Terms and Conditions

1. The Administrator of this Prize Draw (“Blinds 2go Birthday Bonanza Golden Ticket Giveaway”) are Blinds 2go, registered in England and Wales under company number 03954180, whose registered office is at 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FG (collectively or individually the “Administrator”).  
2. Employees of the Administrator or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.  
3. Entry to the Prize Draw is open to participants aged over 18, residents of the UK excluding employees of Blinds 2go and their families. All participants are only permitted one entry into the Prize Draw.  
4. To enter the prize draw, you must order samples between 1st July 2025 and 13th July 2025. Blind or Curtain orders are not eligible for entry into the draw. 
5. The Prize Draw will start on 1st July 2025 and end on 13th July 2025. The prize draw will include 25 UK winners. 
6. Winners will have 30 days from the 13th July 2025 to redeem their prize. 
7. The Administrator will not accept any liability for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or any other problems. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. 
8. The winner will receive a ticket in their sample pack that will indicate that they have won.  
9. There are 25 prizes for the Prize Draw across the UK.  
10. To redeem the offer, the winners must ring or email Blinds 2go customer services and place their order. We will then use your details to fully or partially contribute towards your order. 
11. For winners of the 10% off voucher, we will only accept orders with a minimum value of £200 and orders that do not include cushions. 
12. The £2,500 voucher Blinds 2go voucher can be used towards an order of higher value but the remaining balance will be chargeable. No change will be given to orders below the prize value.
13. The vouchers may be used towards Blinds from www.blinds-2go.co.uk and Curtains from www.curtains-2go.co.uk, excluding cushions. Because Blinds 2go is bespoke and made to measure, it may not subsequently be returned. The size of your prize is restricted to the minimum and maximum sizes as shown on the Blinds 2go website. 
14. There will be no cash alternative to the prize.  
15. The Administrator reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Administrator’s control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Administrator.  
16. The Administrator is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.  
17. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be chosen at random.  
18. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.  
19. The Administrator’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
20. The Administrator accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. It is not liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Administrator’s reasonable control. 
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social network. You are providing your information to Blinds 2go and/or its agents.  
22. We will use the contact details you provide to contact you in connection with this promotion. 23. By entering this competition, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
