Terms and Conditions:
- The Administrator of this Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) are Blinds 2go, registered in England and Wales under company number 03954180, whose registered office is at 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FG (collectively or individually the “Administrator”).
- Employees of the Administrator or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
- Entry to the Prize Draw is open to participants aged over 18, residents of the Republic of Ireland and excluding employees of Blinds 2go and their families. All participants are only permitted one entry into the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw will end at 23:59pm on 16th July 2024 and one winner will be drawn.
- The Administrator will not accept any liability for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or any other problems. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
- There is one prize for the Prize Draw, consisting of a €1000 spend across any blinds, shutters and curtains. This consists of a maximum spend of €1000. The Blinds 2go voucher can be used towards an order of higher value but the remaining balance will be chargeable. No change will be given to orders below the prize value.
- There will be no cash alternative to the prize.
- The voucher may be used towards Blinds and Curtains from www.blinds-2go.ie. Because the prize is bespoke and made to measure, it may not subsequently be returned. The size of your prize is restricted to the minimum and maximum sizes as shown on the Blinds 2go website.
- The Administrator reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Administrator’s control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Administrator.
- The Administrator is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
- Winners will be chosen at random by software provided by the Administrator from all entries received and verified by the Administrator and/or its agents. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be chosen at random.
- The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted then we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the relevant winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
- The Administrator’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Administrator accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. It is not liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Administrator’s reasonable control.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social network. You are providing your information to Blinds 2girelo and/or its agents.
- We will use the contact details you provide to contact you in connection with this promotion. We will also contact you from time to time by email about products and offers we think might interest you. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. By entering the prize draw you automatically consent to marketing which you can unsubscribe from at any time and you will still be entered into the prize draw.
- By entering this competition, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
