Your Style: How to Style a Children’s Bedroom

September 27th, 2016 in All About Blinds

It’s often said that children are the future (yep, we’ve got that song stuck in our head’s now too… You’re welcome), and that means that giving them the perfect setting from the get go is important. We need to make sure they’re well rested to kick off each day at their best, as well as giving them space to be creative.

This makes decorating a room for the little one pretty important, and pretty fun. So let’s have a look at how our trusty customers on Instagram have done theirs…

Three Boys and a Home

With a neutral setting like this, the room becomes very versatile and can easily be brought up to date, or even be made more mature in a flash. White accessories create a serene space and as an added bonus, the Mr Fox Mini Neutral roman blind is loved by all ages, even kidults.

Build Beautiful 2016

Victoria sure has chosen the right name for her Instagram account, her home is beautiful! She’s created a gorgeous nursery for little Ruby, with a scheme of pink & white and our Freya Purity Pink roman blind. The rocking chair makes an excellent spot for a bedtime story with Daddy too.

Christmas Tree Crescent

No, this is not an account from a Christmas Tree enthusiast. Named after their road name, this account’s homeowner Karen has created the perfect play space for Ruby (we’re sensing it was a popular name a couple of years back).  The layering of white wooden blind and Paignton Blush roman blind means that they can enjoy the daylight without feeling over exposed, but can create a cosy space once the sun goes down. Perfect! Plus how adorable is the teepee?

Roman blinds are great for children’s bedrooms thanks to the wide range of patterns available, and of course the choice of lining means you can create a room that’s just right. Choose from our collection of children’s designs, or opt for a simple pattern that’ll suit young and old alike.
