Before & After: Customer Makeovers that will Inspire You

January 28th, 2016 in All About Blinds

If you follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, you’ll know that we love to share our customer’s photos. They’re always so inspirational, it means a lot to us that you want to show off your Blinds 2go blinds to the world!

This week we’ve got something extra special. A whole home (well, nearly) finished of with lots of our beautiful blinds.

We’d like you to meet the lovely Michelle, who has been spending weeks and months turning her house into a wonderful home.

We didn’t want to completely change the entire bathroom, so thought changing the existing lime green blinds was all it needed.
The windows have etched glass in them so we wanted blinds that would allow the pattern to show through.
It needed to allow light in whilst adding privacy too. The Serenity Cloud White fabric was perfect for this and the colour kept the look really fresh.

Lounge

Lounge Before

With a square bay window and French doors, we needed blinds of different widths and lengths in the living room. We also wanted blinds that added privacy and for warmth in during winter.

We knew we wanted grey roman blinds but weren’t sure which shade. Blinds 2Go had a large selection to choose from so it was easy to find one that fit in with the room.

In the end they went for the Eternity Linen Cinder roman blind and we think you’ll agree it was a fabulous choice!

Kitchen

We wanted the blinds to contrast with the walls but coordinate with the granite worktops, with a pattern to add some interest to the room.
As the kitchen is open plan with a large conservatory it can get chilly in winter so we needed the blinds with an added thermal lining.

Michelle chose one of our favourites, a Summerbee Jet roman blind in her kitchen and utility room. Click through the photos and you can see the entire transformation from old fashioned and garish through to sophisticated and modern. Well done Michelle!

So, what’s next?

Next we’re converting the spare bedroom into a dressing room and also adding blinds to the conservatory to make it cosy for the winter. We are looking at EasiFIT blinds for that.

About Michelle

Michelle and her husband Paul live in Sheffield and are definitely Blinds 2go fans!

They have Blinds 2go blinds in their living room, kitchen, utility room, downstairs WC and main bathroom of their home.

They’ve been working on redecorating their home room by room since they moved in around 2 years ago.

We’re looking forward to Michelle sending us even more pics as she finishes off the final rooms of the house.
