My home is my passion, I love to search for inspiration on decorating ideas, tips and hints for keeping things clean and tidy and great recipes to try out. When I'm not trawling through Pinterest or the Blogosphere, you can find me outside, usually running around with my dogs- I'm not sure which of us enjoy the walks more!

  1. I am a fan of red. My grandmother believed that every home must have a touch of red. In saying this red is also a color that dominates and so can be tiring as a primary color such as against the white walls and the red blinds. Using red against another primary strong color is often a good choice to tone down the strength of red. Equally red in the kitchen is just beautiful. Again it is really about your ability to live with such a color. I have and until recently enjoyed red toning throughout my entire home.
