Not only have we updated our order tracking system, but we’ve also improved it so that you can now amend orders too. Amending things like exact/recess, where your controls are and delivery address can be changed for up to 4 hours after ordering. If you need to make bigger changes, such as sizes, there’s a button to pause your order and a well-trained member of our customer service team will make these adjustments with you.
