Winter is now in full swing and we feel like this upcoming trend is going to fit in nicely with the colder, darker months. It’s not all doom and gloom though, in fact it’s something quite luxurious…
Saturated florals. On the face of it, this trend feels pretty straight forward and broad, but it’s not until you’re trying to research the nitty gritty that you realise it is truly ‘upcoming’, there’s barely an examples on the web so it’s a good job we have good memory from the Decorex show. They were everywhere, with velvet being the most common fabric of choice.

So what is the saturated floral trend all about? It’s about the moody blooms; dark colours, big flower heads and just the right amount of detailing.
We loved this trend so much we added some blooming marvelous fabrics of our own to the site pretty much straight away!
Our Kyra curtains are bang on trend and absolutely gorgeous! And unlike some florals, these are great the whole year round. The lighter pinks are great when life is coming back into our garden, the darker shades perfect for summer and the darker plums making the home feel cosy once the mercury starts to drop.
