Christmas Deliveries

December 2nd, 2015 in All About Blinds

As Christmas gets closer and closer and our made to measure elves are getting busier and busier, something has to give.

We never compromise on quality, so to make sure that everyone’s orders are completed to the highest standards, we have to take a little more time to make them all.

And with people making a few last minute changes to impress the in-laws, or finally remembering that the spare room has been without blinds for the last 11 months, Christmas is one of our busiest times of the year.

When Will My Order Get Delivered?

Where you see the little Santa’s Hat, we will work our hardest to get the blind made, dispatched and delivered so you can put it up before Christmas.

We’ve also made a list of our final Christmas Cut Off Dates that can be found right here, so you can see in which product category there’s blinds that will still make it for Christmas.

How Will I Know What Date It’s Coming?

Our Order Tracking will still be up and running, so as long as our couriers can keep up, you’ll be able to follow your blind all the way from the factory to your front door.

I’ve Just Missed The Cut Off Date, Can I Pay To Fast-Track My Order?

Yes, sort of. Some of our products are eligible for the VIP Treatment with GoRapid. Choose from up to 35 blinds where you can choose this option, and we’ll get your new blind to you as soon as possible. There’s roller blinds, vertical blinds, venetian blinds and B2G Blinds for Velux Windows to choose from. GoRapid will let you order until 18th December for Christmas Deliveries.

What About After Christmas?

Obviously, the time between Christmas and New Year is an odd one. Couriers are busy sorting the parcels they missed, manufacturers are busy catching up with orders that were made on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and our Customer Services Team is catching up with all of the messages and queries.

With this in mind, it still may take us a little longer than usual to get back on track. We appreciate your patience and we endeavour to make sure that everything is back to normal as soon as possible.
