At Blinds 2go, we know how hectic Christmas can be, so we’ve put all of our efforts into making it as stress free as possible!
Maybe you want to get the home looking lovely before the guests arrive, or just fancy waking up Christmas morning in a beautiful home. Whatever your reasons for getting the home looking spic and span, we’ve got your back.
Working as closely as possible with all of our production teams, we’re making sure that when we tell you you’ll get your order in time for Christmas, we’re determined to get it to you in time. If there’s any doubt about us getting it to you before December 25th, we won’t tell you otherwise. So look out for the stockings on availability.
With that being said, where you see the usual delivery estimates, please do not be alarmed if these dates are missed. We will work our hardest to keep to these estimates, but with the festive rush, it is not always possible. Sometimes we experience an unpredicted rush of orders, and this can push lead times off course.
Should any uncontrollable events occur (such as couriers going under, or freak weather), we endeavour to keep you updated, and of course we will keep your order tracking up to date as normal too.
Finally, we would like to thank you in advance for your patience. Our customer service team are working as hard, fast and long as they can, but it is taking longer than usual to empty the overloaded email inbox, and the phones are busier than usual too.
